Delivery times are 2-5 days from the date of purchase.
Delivery times are calculated from 24 working hours after the date of purchase. Working days are considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded from the calculation of delivery times. National and regional holidays in the Lazio region, where our warehouse is located, are observed.
Possible delays in delivery may occur due to various reasons, such as unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or if the delivery area is located in rural or remote regions.
Unless unforeseen circumstances or extraordinary situations occur, the order will be shipped within 2-5 days using the selected shipping method and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
